Automatically catch up with a potential customer who hasn't finalised their booking or validated their payment? Child's play with elloha.
To start, go to the Personalised Messages tab on the left-hand side of your screen.
Then click on the Create a personalised message button at the top right of your screen.

You can choose to start by configuring the automatic No Payment email or the automatic Payment in Error email:
No payment: the potential customer has abandoned their basket and has not proceeded to payment;
Payment in error: the potential customer tried to pay but was unable to do so (this happens mainly because of double authentication, when the customer is slow to validate the payment via their banking application).

These two automatic emails will not have the same trigger, but they will work in the same way: potential customers will be asked to complete their booking.
You will then need to define :
The deadline for sending the email
The subject of the email
The sender's e-mail address
Whether or not you wish to offer a discount to the potential customer
The catchphrase
Customer name
The text.
All that's left to do is publish the automatic email to activate it.
