[ILLUSTRATION] How can I automatically send a personalised email when a booking is made?

Personalising the relationship with your customers from the moment the booking is made is essential for the development of your business: creating an email sent automatically when a booking is made is therefore a must.


To get started, go to the Personalised messages tab on the left-hand side of your screen.


Then click on the Create a personalised message button at the top right of your screen.

Select the type of A la réservation message, give your template a name and proceed to creation.

You will now need to define how you want your booking message to be sent:

  • The subject of the email

  • The sender

  • The catchphrase

  • Customer name

  • The email address for receiving feedback from your customers


The text field is completely free and you can see how the template evolves on the right-hand side of your screen as you write.

The last stage will be to send you to the booking office to check it from start to finish and to publish it via the Actions button at the top right of your screen.
