Personalising the relationship with your customers after they've left is essential for the development of your business: creating an automated post-stay email is therefore a must.

To start, go to the Customised messages tab on the left-hand side of your screen.

Then click on the Create a personalised message button at the top right of your screen.

Select the type of Post-Séjour message, give your template a name and go on to create it.

First of all, you will need to define the deadline for sending your post-stay message:

  • The number of days after departure before the message is sent

  • The time at which the message is sent

  • Your time zone

You will then need to define the delay for sending your post-stay message:

  • The subject of the message

  • The sender

  • The catchphrase

  • Customer name

  • The services for which the post-stay message should be sent

  • The URL for your Google My Business listing (optional)

  • If you wish to offer a promotional code (optional)

The text field is completely free and you can see how the template evolves on the right-hand side of your screen as you write.

The final step is to publish it using the Actions button at the top right of your screen.
