How can you boost your income through private sales?

Do you want to offer exclusive deals to a privileged clientele without selling off your rates to the public? Are you looking to boost your occupancy rate with ephemeral offers that encourage immediate bookings?

Private sales are the ideal solution.

To get started, go to the Private Sales tab on the left-hand side of your screen. Then click on the Add a private sale button at the top right of your screen.


Once you've named the private sale, you can choose between :

  • A private sale with a fixed or percentage discount.

  • A private sale with a benefit: for example, for a private sale on Valentine's Day, you could offer a bottle of champagne on arrival.

Thirdly, you can fill in the Description, Price includes and Price does not include fields to clarify the exact content of the private sale to your customers. You can also indicate whether the private sale includes board (breakfast, half-board or full-board).

Then you can set the day and time when the private sale starts, as well as the day and time when it ends.

Once you have registered the private sale, the Applicable offers tab will allow you to select the accommodation offers covered by the private sale.

The Restrictions tab will allow you to select the cancellation policy for the private sale, define the minimum / maximum stay and indicate the authorised arrival / departure days.

Finally, the Publication tab will allow you to define how the private sale will be distributed on social networks and to retrieve the related URL or QR code.

You now have a new sales lever. And what if you went even further with up-selling?
