If you don't have a physical POS terminal in your establishment, Payzen offers a practical solution to simplify your cash receipts. Payzen is one of the world's leading payment systems, handling the payment flows of 250,000 websites and 20 billion transactions a year.

If you already have a distance selling contract with your bank and you benefit from an advantageous commission rate negotiated with your bank, you can keep your contract with your bank and continue to benefit from this rate.

If you do not have a VAD contract, you will need to make a request to the bank of your choice, asking them to activate a Payzen Expert VAD merchant contract.

In all cases, you will then need to complete this membership contract and send it to the Payzen team via the following email address:

The Payzen payment gateway requires you to carry out reservation tests using test bankcards before you can use Payzen in production.

To do this, you will need to insert :

  • The Boutique identifier for your Payzen account

  • The API key for your Payzen account

  • The JavaScript API key of your Payzen account

Contact Payzen Support by clicking here if you have any problems generating these elements.

You will then need to insert them into the dedicated fields.

Good to know:

  • Once Payzen has been set up, you will need to configure the payment method for your bookings.

  • Remember to run a test on your booking engine. If you get the error message "No FormToken defined" at the time of payment, check your JavaScript API key (in particular, check that it begins with the expression "publickey" and not a series of numbers), as well as the other elements supplied by Payzen. If all the identifiers inserted are correct and the error message persists, you will need to notify Payzen Support directly.

  • For security reasons, at no time do you have access to the customer's bank details, which are stored in a secure environment at Payzen.

  • We recommend that you clear the booking by the day of arrival at the latest: this will enable you to contact the customer beforehand or during the booking process in the event of a problem (blocked bank card, insufficient funds, etc.).

  • You have an interface dedicated to Payzen, to which we do not have access: we strongly advise you to consult it if you need to make a refund, for example. You can also contact Payzen Support.

  • Other payment solutions are partnered with elloha: Stripe and Paybox.
