Founded in 2000, Tripadvisor is an American company specialising in online travel reviews and planning. It offers users the possibility of consulting and comparing reviews of over 8 million establishments, including hotels, restaurants, attractions and points of interest, all over the world. Thanks to an intuitive interface and detailed filters, travellers can refine their searches according to criteria such as rating, price or proximity. Once they have made their choice, they are redirected to the partner booking sites to finalise their reservation.
Before synchronising, you will need to open an account and create your accommodation offers on Tripadvisor: click here to start registering;
Once you have created your offers on Tripadvisor, go to the Sales Channels tab on the left-hand side of your screen. Then activate Tripadvisor and click on the Configure button.

Then click on the radio buttons to export your unavailabilities to Tripadvisor. You'll get iCalendar links that you'll need to copy from elloha and integrate into the dedicated section of your Tripadvisor account.

Next, click on the radio buttons for importing bookings from Tripadvisor. By default, these fields are empty and you will need to enter the iCalendar links provided by Tripadvisor.

Once you've finished :
elloha will send the unavailabilities shown on your schedule to Tripadvisor.
Tripadvisor will send the bookings they have received to elloha.

Good to know:
Tripadvisor will not transmit to elloha any booking files cancelled on their side: so if a booking is cancelled on Tripadvisor, you will have to cancel it manually on elloha.
